• Audio recordings: Raw audio files you upload for production. These contain personal stories and are treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Payment information: Payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Website analytics: Basic, anonymized usage data such as page views and traffic sources to help us improve our website. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the services you purchased, including creating personalized questions and producing podcast episodes
• Communicate with you about your order, delivery timeline, and any questions
• Send you updates about ForeverSaid if you joined our waitlist or opted into communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve our services and website

3. How We Protect Your Information

Your family's stories are deeply personal and we treat them accordingly. Audio files are stored securely and access is limited to the team members directly involved in your project. We do not share, sell, publish, or distribute your audio recordings or personal content to any third party — ever.

Once your project is delivered and you confirm satisfaction, we retain your audio files for 90 days in case you need revisions or additional episodes. After 90 days, raw audio files are permanently deleted from our systems unless you request otherwise.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Podcast hosting provider for delivering your private podcast episodes
• Email service provider for waitlist and customer communications

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality and anonymized analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
