ForeverSaid provides audio story preservation services including personalized interview question creation, audio editing and production, and delivery of finished podcast episodes via private link. The specific deliverables for each package are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount listed for your selected package.
You retain full ownership of all stories, recordings, and personal content provided to ForeverSaid. We do not claim any rights to your family's stories. We retain the right to use our original production elements (intro/outro music, editing techniques, templates) across other client projects, but your specific content remains yours.
We will never share, publish, or use your recordings or finished episodes publicly without your explicit written consent. If you choose to provide a testimonial or review, we may use it on our website and marketing materials with your permission.
We aim to deliver finished episodes within 10–14 business days of receiving your raw audio files. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity and current volume. We will communicate any delays promptly.
The founding member package includes up to 4 hours of raw audio. Audio exceeding this limit is accepted at $49 per additional 15 minutes. We will notify you of any overage and confirm before proceeding with additional work.
Your package includes one round of revisions after delivery. Revisions are limited to specific requests such as removing particular moments or adjusting episode breaks. Requests for wholesale restructuring, re-editing, or significant changes beyond the original scope may incur additional fees, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
If you are unsatisfied with the personalized question set before recording begins, we offer a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Once raw audio has been submitted for production, refunds are available at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
We take the privacy of your family's stories seriously. All audio files and personal information are handled confidentially. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
ForeverSaid provides audio story preservation services on an as-is basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
